Just like the run clubs, the intention behind this class is bigger than the workout. It’s about meeting new girls, pushing past that fear of “I don’t know anyone,” and proving to yourself that you can do hard things. You’ll leave sweaty, happy, and a little more confident than you arrived.

Sweat, Sleds & Sips is a high-energy, Hyrox-inspired training class designed to challenge the body, build community, and leave you walking away proud of yourself.

The session runs for 60 minutes with a mix of strength, conditioning and sled work, powered by a live DJ from Astrid Fox and followed by Iced coffee's & a relaxed social.

Who It's For:
Women of all levels from first-timers to experienced. Come solo or with a friend. No pressure, no pace, just good energy and connection.

Please note: All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. A waiver will be sent to your email once your booking is confirmed and must be completed prior to the class. Participants without a signed waiver will unfortunately be unable to take part.
